Francesca Beech has always had a passion for real estate, with an extensive knowledge of the property market in the UK and abroad.
Tell us more about your background in the UK and what made you move to Tenerife?
I was born in the UK and have been in the property industry for over 10 years now. From managing my own team across the residential rental and sales market within Sheffield where I grew up and lived until I moved to this paradise. Before moving to Tenerife, I was a property renovator, purchasing properties, adding significant value and reselling on for a profit. The reason why I moved to Tenerife was because you get the best quality of life combined with an appealing lifestyle whilst at the same time there is a great opportunity within the property market in Spain, it felt like the right time to make the move.
How would you compare the real estate market in the UK to Tenerife?
The difference between the real estate market in the UK to Tenerife is that there is a wide range of different international buyers and sellers which makes it more of a global market here in Spain
How would you best describe yourself?
I have an insatiable hunger to succeed which motivates me to be successful whilst at the same time I am very fun with great energy everyday, I enjoy the exciting process of helping our clients find their dream home in the sun.
What’s your perfect weekend?
After a busy week, I like to unwind on the beautiful beaches with an ice cold drink watching the stunning sunsets.
